I think this is because you haven’t edited the file from it’s read only attributes.

When I try to uncheck the boxes then press OK, it doesn’t do anything. I’ll open up properties again and it will have them checked again. I also can’t paste it after I copy it, the paste is grey.

There is no problem using your own picture. You just need to make sure the size is right. Using the current image makes a good template.

Also, I used Resco File Explorer with settings adjusted appropriately and Resco Photo Pro to edit the image right on my phone.

Thei is cool, but would it not be better if you could change the setting in windows uses that specific image to an image of your choice instead of just altering the current one?

This worked great for my Samsung Epix (i907)! Thanks!

The file name was welcomehead.128.png for me, and I had to copy the file, as you directed, to the my documents folder on the phone, and then copy it into the windows folder (of course after installing voyager and adjusting the file properties)
