		<description>When I try to uncheck the boxes then press OK, it doesn&#039;t do anything. I&#039;ll open up properties again and it will have them checked again. I also can&#039;t paste it after I copy it, the paste is grey.</description>

The file name was welcomehead.128.png for me, and I had to copy the file, as you directed, to the my documents folder on the phone, and then copy it into the windows folder (of course after installing voyager and adjusting the file properties)
