Weather watcher is a nice utility to have on your Windows Mobile device.

Apart from telling you where I live, it gives you very detailed weather information from weather.com. The screenshot shows it best.

The thing that I appreciate the most is that you can customise the program to your own needs. You can change between Fahrenheit and Celsius, Millimetres and inches, as well as choosing how you want the information to be updated. I couldn’t find a way to schedule this but you can set it to update each time you open the program, which should be regularly enough for most. 

With the information being hourly, it is a great utility for figuring out when will be best to mow the lawn or hang out the washing.
